      Job Stability. Never bored. Stressful. Can be fun at times.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful. You need tough skin to make it through.

      A top down micro managed Spartan type of company with an overabundance of procedures

      Pros

      Salary was good and yearly bonuses could be substantial. Christmas bonus equal to one paycheck every year. Bonuses when the company made an underwriiting profit. Lots of "safety nets"--i.e. several levels of management review more complex claims and some not so complex. This was a bit of overkill.

      Cons

      Micro management. Unclear what criteria they wanted for managers. Strange choices for promotions and some of the best people were laid off.
