      Remote work flexibility, but culture is in decline

      Still have a Christmas bonus for some roles Ability to work remote anywhere in the US

      Cons

      Mercury is not what is once was. Sold as a company with a top tier culture, has been degraded with Executive turnover. Layoffs with no warning, with the only explanation being "Restructuring" have become commonplace. Tenure doesn't matter, a coworker was included in the layoffs with 20+ years of service at Mercury.
