Great coworkers, good location, flexibility to work remotely.

Cons

Director is horrible. Incredibly low pay for the amount of hours worked as a salaried employee. My employees made nearly as much as me due to overtime being paid to them. Glorified slave job. At least most employees got a pay bump.

Pros

Great benefits and you can earn up to 1 month of annual vacation after 9 years, unless they have changed it. Easy to transfer to other positions.

Cons

Low annual raises, even with promotions that would get you more then $10,000.00 if you moved companies they give maybe 5%. I would recommend moving to get how much you are worth and not getting trapped with the idea of 1 month of vacation or a gold coin after 15 years.
