      Pros

      Good company culture, benefits, monthly gatherings with free food. Breaks are allowed, 45 minute lunches.

      Cons

      Workload is always more than manageable. Management won't listen to anyone who isn't management. Career advancement and promotions happen quickly if you started at the bottom, but you quickly hit a wall that takes years to pass and be promoted again.

      Unrealistic expectations, inconsistencies throughout the whole company, alot of meetings and classes and not enough pay for all the work you do. High turn over rate.
