      Pros

      Just moved into a new building - Much nicer facility.

      Cons

      The only place within the company with a point system for absences so basically you get accumulated time to use if you are sick and then are punished for using it. People came to work sick and contagious because they were afraid to lose their jobs. Little to no opportunity for growth in San Antonio.

      Managers for the most part want to help their employees. Open positions are clogged with a lot of employees looking to get into the same few spots

      Cons

      Higher management/execs do not give a second thought to bombarding employees with extra work upon extra work upon extra work with no incentive.
