There is not enough training provided for the complexity of claims you deal with daily. I find that the majority of the people in my branch started at Mercury prior to the covid/working remote change. I think this goes to show that this position is (especially for those new in the claims world) difficult to be successful in when you feel like you're on an island at home.

They don’t care about employees and only do just wat the law say and nothing more.
