      Pros

      Management is great, you’re given a lots of tools to be successful and Mercury has a family atmosphere

      Cons

      You are over worked, you may have two to three inspections a day and you’re your own desk adjuster. There’s never enough time in a day to get everything done. You’re always going to be behind with no overtime to catch up most times.
