      Pros

      Work from home with a 1 hour lunch makes it tolerable

      Cons

      Besides the low pay, you expect rude customers but the unprofessional internal employees are unimaginably unprofessional, specifically the "help" desk and account service specialist but management doesn't care

      Pros

      Remote work Pay (only after they accepted the salary was not competitive).

      Cons

      Management expectations are unrealistic. The Company requires quarterly courses for "development", but its a waste of time. It takes away from time that can be spent on working claims. Would be nice to have the full version of Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF.
