      I will be starting employment with Mercury later this month. I do have to say that the interview process, communication and follow-up were top notch.

      Mercury has a solid business strategy and it shows in the numbers. The company's growth is of the highest quality with well selected and integrated acquisitions as well as deliberately targeted sales opportunities. The people and the culture are tightly intertwined with the dominant characteristic being Winning. The company's response to COVID has been nothing short of exceptional and a source of pride to everyone that works at Mercury.

      Cons

      The company has struggled with its initial introduction and implementation of cross-functional teams, though this has improved significantly over the last several months. The business IT systems need updating in order to maintain the high level of productivity that had become the norm as a smaller, pre-COVID company.
