When COVID-19 hit, Mark Aslett was ready for the challenge to ensuring Mercury System's the safety, health and welfare of the employees. There was transparency by providing weekly updates as to next steps, status of facility sites, providing assistance to those working from home, face masks, sanitizer, an increase in facility cleaning. The list is extensive of all the benefits provided under these incredibly challenging circumstances. This is the type of company I want to be a part of. Fully understanding that the biggest asset of a company is its employees. Building that strong foundation, working together towards common goals are perfect ingredients for success.
Cons
Certainly there is no "perfect" company; however, off the top of my head, I really can't think of anything negative.
