      -Unlimited PTO -Competitive Pay -9/80 Work Schedule

      Cons

      - Leadership expects employees to work on Flex Fridays and weekends. - Direction frequently shifts without consistency. - Leadership changes every quarter. - Lack of well-established fundamental processes. - Merit increases are consistently capped at 2%, regardless of individual performance. - There are more managers than actual workers. - Every decision requires multiple meetings, and by the time an agreement is reached, priorities shift, leading to another series of meetings. - Layoffs occur every quarter.

      Pros

      Good non-management employees unless they bail.

      Cons

      Bad management, especially when POC died of Mercury poisoning...they care only about the bottom line, not the employees. Look elsewhere.

      Good pay and Flexible work environment

      Cons

      PMs have no power. Major quality issues. QA reports to Operations, which is a conflict of interest. Upper management changes labor and material priorities without informing the PM; and then the PM takes the blame for missing milestones. Engineering takes a “we meet requirements because we say so” view of requirements verification. Has delivered used, engineering material to a production program and passed it off as new. I would stay far away from this company.
