      Mercury is a great company that takes Culture & Values seriously. It continues to grow in influence and success within the aerospace and defense sector. Mercury is a great place to work and has exciting opportunities for anyone willing to work hard and learn.

      Cons

      Like any successful growing company you have to be willing to work hard and improve in your area of responsibility.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, good food in cafe daily. Great Hi tech conference rooms. Great people. Training opportunities.

      Cons

      Could be more collaborative at time but overall is pretty good

Employees have access to development in a number of ways - though Lynda.com, our in-house LMS and in-house/onsite programs, or tuition reimbursement for higher-ed programs!
