      Pros

      It seems that an overwhelming percentage of the company is enthusiastic about what they do and are willing to help and work hard to get things accomplished.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is easy to get lost in the fray. A better platform to manage programs should be in place so that milestones are tracked accurately and frequently.

Culture is of utmost importance to us and we are working to improve our personal connections and encourage cross-functional collaboration as much as possible. We deployed the Atlassian suite of tools 18 months ago to help us better manage programs and we are hearing and seeing great things. Finally, we encourage you to join your site and/or functional group engagement teams to help us make more improvements to our systems and to encourage interaction outside of our immediate teams.

      Pros

      Mercury has a strong culture and values philosophy. We are a team committed to delivering results. We help each other achieve success. I feel any professional opportunity is available to me no matter how far I want to go.

      Cons

      The facility is old and outdated.

      Thanks for this review - we couldn't agree more! As for the facility, some of our sites don't convey the cutting edge technology we deliver or the state-of-the-art tools we use to do it, and we're steadily making improvements to our sites to ensure they align!

      The company is growing rapidly and the future seems bright.

      Cons

      There are many new divisions due to acquisitions. Growth is great but there are inconsistent methodologies across divisions.
