      Pros

      Challenges everyday , employees really use experience and creative ways to make it work, I love this adrenaline...it's right place for productive people.

      Cons

      Frustrated people doing same tasks for years talks bad about our company and new elements got wrong idea.

      Pros

      I worked for Mercury Systems for 6 month as a contract recruiter/sourcer and I really liked it. The HR team is great. They are very helpful and professional. Very laid back environment. At the end of the day the HR team gets the job done and they are very pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      No cons. Nothing bad to say at all.

      Changing, not for the better?

      Pros

      Good initial comp, good benefits. Lots of good people who work there.

      Cons

      Comp increases are few and far between after you start. Company is growing fast. But it seems like bigger it gets, management wants to control more. Not the same company I started at. Much mor stressful.

Over the past several years, we are proud to have been able to give employees merit increases above the industry average and twice-yearly bonuses. We agree, Mercury is not the same company it was a few years ago and we understand rapid growth like ours can be challenging. With that said, we could not be happier because we have grown and added critical capabilities to our portfolio.
