Communication comes in many forms - but that is alright
Pros
I have worked here for one year and the references about certain people and departments is very harsh, and factually not correct. Styles are different, nobody is perfect but we need to stay and be a united force to be reckoned with! :) In a perfect world and especially in business, there should be no fear. However, there has been so much change that people tend to revert to fear, and when they do, nothing good comes out of fear. So I challenge people to help each other through these changes, go to the right person who can answer your questions or calm your fears. So let's trust each other and put the fear aside. This company has so much to give: the mission, the commitment to each other, and the passion in each department. I know that I can make a difference each day.
Cons
We have great cultures and values, but each individual has to walk and talk them through their role each day. Not everyone does and there in-lies a problem. However, we have to direct each other when they don't in a respectful way.
