      Pros

      Mercury is definitely on the up and up. Worked here for a while now and I must say that the working people genuinely seem to care about each other and are always trying to help each other out. Very good place to work.

      Cons

      Everyone is running at full speed all the time. If you don't like a fast paced environment, not sure what to tell you.

      Pros

      Since the acquisition summer Senior Staff from Mercury Systems has gone to great lengths to introduce themselves and to share the organizational vision. Management made a special point to reassure us that strengths of our team here in Camarillo would be honored. My experience working with the Camarillo team for 3 plus years has been very positive .

      Cons

      Transitions are tough. Data migration and adapting to a ne Materials Management Program adds a layer of complexity to the standard operation. Efforts to maintain , and increase production can be fatiguing. A con might be the pace at times.
