      So far from what I've seen since acquiring us, they seem to really care about our needs and they follow through them. Understanding it takes time, but they make it happen!!

      Cons

      The MRP system (ORACLE) needs some improvements.

      First, thanks very much for the feedback related to MRP and sorry for the delay in responding. We are in the process of making a number of enhancements to our MRP system including: - Reducing data entry requirements - Combining transactions using customer forms we are developing - Moving from MRP to a DRP model so we can look at demand across the enterprise.       Mercury management is engaged helping to you successful at your job. They truly want to understand the risks and what they can do to resolve and help fix. The team continuously provides positive feedback to employees and gives recognition for good work.

      Cons

      Health Care costs are out of control. Continue to pay significantly more in premiums each year and get less coverage.
