      Pros

      Mercury Systems is a fast growing company with excellent top end management driving the company"s growth. Benefits and perks are great. They encourage people to be involved and make suggestions for continuous improvements. There is very good support and interaction between the various locations. Security is very important to all.

      Cons

      With the rapid growth and acquisitiions there are some growing pains learning new processes and procedures. The controls and overall visibility into each organization is an adjustment for day to day activity.

      Pros

      Mercury is full of talented and dedicated people who are willing to go the extra mile to make the company successful and ultimately support the mission of our end customers - the men an women of our Armed Forces. The work is interesting and rewarding knowing our efforts support the defense of our nation.

      Cons

      The balance between product work and (semi-)custom work can make things seem crazy and disorganized. This confusion sometimes makes it difficult to understand the "grand vision" which tends to unfold in fits and spurts.

      Pros

      Cutting edge technologies, lots of interesting and rewarding work, strong engineering team, and a strong executive management team. Collaborative environment internally and externally with our customers. Be part of a team that makes a difference in the protection of our country.

      Cons

      There is plenty of work to do which makes the days go quickly. Must enjoy working hard. There is lots of learning with a growing company, so you need to enjoy meeting new people and understanding new technologies.
