      Pros

      Incredibly talented engineering team that is passionate about their work. Programs provide opportunity for technical growth by presenting real-world challenges that need Mercury solutions. Capabilities and strengths of different sites provide good collaboration opportunities. Mercury is a growing company with the right focus!

      Cons

      Integration of multiple sites is highly beneficial, but also takes significant time.

      Team Environment - Can feel free to talk to the CEO at any time. All about quality and emphasis on the importance of job. Everything is made in the USA

      The environment is too lean and some quarters seem very unachievable

      Pros

      The training was good and people here are friendly and smart. Very good choice for the first job. Pay is always on time.

      Cons

      Low percentage when you on the project. Salary increase is slow. Must go back to Princeton when you on bench. Doesn't have direct client.
