      With multiple companies purchased to make "One Mercury", there is always a learning curve along with changes. During this time patience is needed.

      Pros

      One of the best companies I've ever worked for- and I've worked for several high tech companies in my career. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other- a true team effort.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Too much work sometimes, but I prefer that over not enough work.

      Mercury management is engaged helping to you successful at your job. They truly want to understand the risks and what they can do to resolve and help fix. The team continuously provides positive feedback to employees and gives recognition for good work.

      Cons

      Health Care costs are out of control. Continue to pay significantly more in premiums each year and get less coverage.
