First, I’d like to thank you for providing your feedback. Hearing from our employees is critical to helping us improve as we implement changes across Mercury. I realize we have introduced a significant number of changes across our systems, infrastructure and security model in the past eighteen months. Each of these were done to help Mercury become a more scalable and secure company. Driving this much change across an enterprise as large as Mercury is complicated and clearly at times we could have done a better job of proactive communication and training. Our goal is to make Mercury a stronger, safer company. Your feedback makes it clear we have room to improve and you have my commitment we will make every effort to do so.
