After 6 months I still love coming to work every day - no Monday blues. Great company that lives their values from the top down.

Cons

In all honesty I do not have a single con. I came from a company that was a one star to Mercury which is truly a 5 star. I am thankful to be part of a great company and a great team.

Mercury is like my second home, and my co-workers are like my family. I have truly enjoyed working for Mercury and its customers. My career here has been filled with challenging and rewarding work, which is perfect for me. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this organization.

Cons

Like all companies, there are times when there is a lack of adequate or timely communication; however, I don't believe these moments to be intentional.
