      Pros

      With 1 year of employment at Mercury Systems under my belt, the experience has been very positive. I believe Mercury Systems has a lot to offer the aspiring and the ambitious. Below are a few pros that I believe sets Mercury Systems apart from others. Communication – Senior leadership regularly communicates to employees about performance results, customer satisfaction, future growth opportunities, and corporate strategy. Employees are in the loop. Training - Manager development resources and training programs are readily available. Growth – There is great individual growth potential within the company. Clear and obtainable paths to advancement are present for both direct contributors and managers. Culture – Culture is very important at Mercury Systems, more so than any other company I have worked for. The core values are clearly defined and embraced throughout. I am excited to be a part of this company and enjoy the people I work with. I look forward to what is to come.

      Cons

      I do not have any notable cons. In every job and company there are challenges, it is how the Mercury team comes to gather with support from the business that makes us successful.

      Pros

      Since arriving at Mercury in 2013 I've had the pleasure of working with an evolving team of professionals that are committed to making Mercury faster, more efficient, and more secure. The "One Mercury" slogan is not just an empty phrase... there are a lot of sharp people here all working in the same direction. That sense of one-ness and striving toward a common goal starts at the very top and goes all the way down to each individual contributor. If you want to work hard and be both recognized and rewarded for that work, choose Mercury Systems.

      Cons

      Our need for security can sometimes complicate tasks that would be more straightforward in a different industry but it is a necessity for Mercury.

      The company lives its Core Values and Culture, it is introduced to you on day 1 and truly means something to those that are employed by Mercury. There is integrity, trust, customer focus, commitment and a sense of urgency that is present throughout all levels of the company. You can see it everyday. There is a willingness by the company to continually invest in new technologies and its employees.
