Regarding your suggestion around communicating our company goals and objectives. At the beginning of each fiscal year (now we are in the first quarter of our fiscal year 2018) we are always careful to post our key strategic initiatives and goals at all Mercury locations. In addition you will note that on our internal OneMercury intranet we have posted our five strategic growth initiatives. Finally our strategic growth initiatives are reviewed periodically at our quarterly company meetings. We hope you continue to enjoy a challenging career at Mercury!

      Great High Tech Aerospace/Defense Company

      Pros

      Mercury is a very well run high tech company. I have worked at several other companies and none holds their CEO in higher regard than the employees at Mercury Systems. That is true testament to the excellent leadership style of Mark Aslett.

      Cons

      I was surprised to find that the company has not yet moved to Windows 10 and they are not offering touch screen laptops (SurfacePro, etc). At my previous company we found that these latest tools help productivity and collaboration. I suspect that the IT department has not yet completed the validation of the new features and security.
