Also, given our M&A activity, we tend to standardize across sites quickly. It may be the combination of these two factors that is contributing to your view of us being “stringent”.       Pros

      Aggressive growth strategy is working. Strong executive team with a clear and communicated vision that is coming into fruition rapidly. In general takes care of employees especially those deemed exceptional and there are many. Engineering talent is vast and there is constant opportunity to learn or grow through technical challenges.

      Cons

      Resources always an issue when being faced with so much "opportunity". Significant workload for all but there is a disproportionate balance between those that are aggressive or excited about career advancement and those just coming to "work".
