Pros

Longer training, about two to three months long. Trainers were fantastic

Cons

Management was awful and not clear when reaching out. More than half of training class left after a month of being on the floor

Pros

The people I worked with were amazing and very hardworking. Great teamwork between technicians.

Cons

Low wages, severely understaffed and denied crisis pay even when there was over half of the staff out, a lot of burn out, lots of call offs, low morale and low praise

Pros

Remote work, great learning experience

Cons

You don't actually make a decision on corrective action. You make suggestions and the manager gets the final say.
