Pros

They usually get things done when you ask them to fix something you do not like. It's has a fairly positive and friendly work environment.

Cons

Transportation is ridiculous and can be stressful. If you didn't have to transport it would make things easier on all the stuff. The schedule changes can also be hard to handle most of the time too, they should really look into block scheduling.
