Pros
Direct supervisors are great. 90% of my coworkers are awesome.
Cons
They reduced all PRN workers to base pay and tried to strongarm us into going full time or "part time" - in quotes because they said part time was considered 36 hours a week, lol. They presented this as a way to help us, but in reality it was a way for them to save a few bucks and ensure they had a consistent supply of bargain bin workers. Haven't picked up a shift since and their floor workers are drowning because everyone either left or doesn't pick up. Upper management is delusional. They also lost a lot of great workers because they constantly got stuck with trainees instead of getting a break and being able to just work for a few weeks before getting another one. The educators are some of the most cognitively challenged people I've ever met, which is sad because they're the ones who get ahold of all the new hires initially and teach some truly useless things.
