Pros

Many excellent doctors, nurses, RTs, and support staff.

Cons

Favoritism by management. Management & corporate preach the "Mercy Spirit" but do not practice it when it comes to employees.

Pros

Faith based ministry. Great co workers. Love my patients. Wonderful community to provide care to patients and a good place to live. Available technology

Cons

Salary below national average expectations of management are unreasonable with support given. Short staffed. Unqualified upper management. Top heavy upper Management. They continually watch numbers to make money, seem to want to meet numbers rather than putting patients first. The message is give patient care after making money.
