Pros

Flexible hours, the ability to work from home.

Cons

Employees below management level mean very little to the company, no paid sick days, no respect for employees within office (not allowed to speak to coworkers or even look at your phone during your breaks at your desk) so camaraderie is non-existent within departments, nepotism is rampant throughout the company, employees expected production rates matter more than quality (they'd rather I had 20 denied claims than 10 approved ones), all departments have become partial collection agents and are expected to ask patients for money for bills owed no matter their position.

Pros

Friendly coworkers. Most of the time strong values.

Cons

Stuck up people. And supervisors that only look out for themselves and have certain people that are friends with and they play favorites to those people. Human Resources people won't help or back up employees they only back up the supervisors.
