Love the Co-Workers

Pros

The people are talented and very good to work with. Absolutely Loved working there.

Cons

Trying to get promoted is not easy. It sounds like they want to promote from within but they don't always do that. They let good employees get away because they are so worried about the bottom line. I was well liked and told that I did outstanding work, but they would not promote me or pay me enough for the "outstanding" work I was doing. As soon as I left they promoted someone else in my department. I told them for a YEAR that I was ready for more of a Challenge and needed to be promoted. In the end, I had to leave to get a good challenge and good pay.

A large company that treats it's co-workers as small cogs.

Pros

You serve the community with a valued service, healthcare.

Cons

Pay is below market, sort a non-profit for co-workers. Advancement is available if you want to continue to work at the same scale in your current position. Annual increases are below inflation.

Pros

Paid time off, reasonable salary, fun and super friendly co workers, discounts on food and gift shop.

Cons

To many people in upper management overall and making poor decisions, and most of them are out of touch with the co workers
