Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review about your time working for Mercy. Feedback is very important for us, especially in the growing healthcare business, as it helps us make sure co-workers have a way to share their concerns and suggestions with us, and we take everything we receive externally and internally very seriously. It’s really disheartening for us to read your thoughts on our management . Our managers are critical to our business as they support our co-workers on every step of their journey with us. We appreciate that there will be times where we need to upskill our managers further in certain areas of the business. We champion a culture that values honest and transparent communication, so if you would like to share more feedback confidentially which we can look further into, please email us at mercyrecruitmentfeed@mercy.net. Thanks so much!

Pros

- Flexible Hours - Bonus shifts for extra money - Good people and doctors - Great learning experience if you're going for allied health / med school

Cons

- Horribly understaffed - Low pay for the amount of stress - Holiday / Nights / Weekends - More times than I can count I would be the only, or one of two, techs on the floor. Everyone is stressed out because there are a ton of people in the lobby and everyone expects the techs to do the work they don't want to do.
