Pros

Good co-workers who care about the job they do.

Cons

Managers and supervisors are cold and lack the ability to recognize a good co-worker. The HR representative previously worked in the lab and has a conflict of interest and is unable to be fair and unbiased.

Pros

Start benefits immediately, pays student loans, okay benefits. Religious based but does not force religion on you. My mercy is a great tool

Cons

Epic system is disorganized, one of the strangest systems I've worked with. Getting some of the supplies need takes longer than expected

Pros

None! Very disappointed in this company. I work myself to death for this company to only get canned because my boss wouldn't have a meeting with my team about stocking the supplies while I was on vacation. So when I came back off vacation my boss made it to wear I had to work by myself when there is usually 2 of us cleaning 60 patient rooms, 7 bathrooms, cafeteria floor, stock the linen on every floor, and sweep the whole hospital at rehab and my team didn't stock. So I had no supplies for the weekend. So since my boss wouldn't stick up for me, I had a meeting with out her. I never been written up and never had fault in missing days.

Cons

Management will not listen to the things we needed to work on as a team. My supervisor was always against me and always blamed me for what other coworkers did even if I wasn't there. She would tell me one thing and then tell my team another thing. I even worked more then 40hrs a week. (Days, nights, on days off and weekends) We couldn't keep people because they work us so much that employees couldn't see their families.
