That means working in a very dynamic organization with people who are focused on continually evolving and improving. It's easy to see how this work ultimately makes a difference in the lives of patients. That makes the work more fulfilling even when it's difficult.

Cons

Mercy faces the same challenges any health care organization will experience today including financial headwinds, the job economy, streamlining operations and more. We are a deeply collaborative organization, which some may be a cultural shift for those joining us.
