Pros

Great people to work with. Solid benefits package which includes tuition assistance. They truly want to help further your career. Great work environment. They like to promote from within.

Cons

Not very flexible on schedules and you are forced to work overtime if the person assigned to next shift calls in or does not show up.

Pros

Coworkers were amazing to work with. You have to have the right personality to be able to stay with the job.

Cons

The mental health field has its good days and bad. Management sometimes made you feel inferior but mostly stayed out of the picture.
