Pros

Are able to voice concerns to management freely.

Cons

Some aspects of patient care are limited and controlled by others that have never been in a patient care situation.

Pros

Flexible hours, the ability to work from home.

Cons

Employees below management level mean very little to the company, no paid sick days, no respect for employees within office (not allowed to speak to coworkers or even look at your phone during your breaks at your desk) so camaraderie is non-existent within departments, nepotism is rampant throughout the company, employees expected production rates matter more than quality (they'd rather I had 20 denied claims than 10 approved ones), all departments have become partial collection agents and are expected to ask patients for money for bills owed no matter their position.
