Pros

Great teamwork amongst other fellow teammates such as secretary and techs. If the hospital experienced a hardship such as power outage, increased patient admissions, etc. we would get a free fountain soda as a reward.

Cons

The annual raise couldn't even keep up with the increase in yearly insurance premiums. Too many supervisors promoted from within our floor nurses created animosity and tension on the floor.
