Pros

Deeply imbedded in faith and patient focused mission. Staff has pride and passion in what they do day in and day out.

Cons

Pay for performance. Decision making is difficult and is not done timely. Changing positions is difficult once in the organization.

Caring for people is the life of Mercy and is ingrained throughout all activities and interactions. No one can join Mercy and not feel passionate about providing the best care and experience. Patient Care is best in the midwest

Cons

In the Technology services division leadership is non-committal, kowtow to all requests, reactionary in all directions, and offer very little encouragement for personal growth.
