Pros

Wonderful foundation with mission, vision and values standing for many, many years. Faith based. Great front line staff - high quality, knowledgeable and compassionate.

Cons

Have totally started devaluing long term employees that have remained loyal and steadfast for many, many years. They now look at this population as a liability due to higher salaries. Have had several layoffs/reduction in force over the last few years and have cut several wonderful, high performing staff. Since current CEO has been in place profits have dropped significantly and the individual community spirit (at the separate locations) is gone.

Pros

Was a great atmosphere with great people, holidays were always a big thing. They are no longer in business but were affiliated with Sisters of Mercy or Mercy and the fundamentals come from their basic family and faith-based views.

Cons

Company closed, mediocre pay, no longer in business

Pros

Good benefits, never a dull moment.

Cons

Starting pay is extremely low, never take the first offer and don't be afraid to walk away. Maximum annual raise is 4% but most only get 2%.
