Pros

Many of the positive aspects this company possessed a few years back are no longer present. Technical support and trainers remain good.

Cons

Very negative company environment. Unrealistic sales goals have set the company up for failure. Most of the talented sales reps have left. Marketing is virtually non existent or has individuals with no marketing degree/experience. Horrible leadership within the company that believes in micromanagement and finger pointing rather than finding solutions. No sense of team.

they are good at telling stories, so be careful in the interview process,even if you have the foresight to ask the correct questions,they will still "tell a story" to cover up the truth, another word that comes to mind is LIAR'S

Cons

So many issues,where to start.let's see, you will be expected to work 10-14 hour days,navigate a 3 state territory,hit 4 hospitals a day,travel Sundays (regularly),expect to be micro managed like you've never seen before,turnover so high that 25 territories can't stay staffed,most tenured rep in my district is a few months,THEY PREY ON THE UNEMPLOYED/SOON TO BE UNEMPLOYED
