So many issues,where to start.let's see, you will be expected to work 10-14 hour days,navigate a 3 state territory,hit 4 hospitals a day,travel Sundays (regularly),expect to be micro managed like you've never seen before,turnover so high that 25 territories can't stay staffed,most tenured rep in my district is a few months,THEY PREY ON THE UNEMPLOYED/SOON TO BE UNEMPLOYED

Sales and marketing is akin to a cult where the new VP thinks he's on a crusade rather than trying to rebuild a failed sales organization. He's the guy who wears a smile on his face while planning to knife you in the back. Most of the regional managers he appointed fall in line with the crusade like behavior, political manuevering and setting people up in order to fire them. A lot of good sales reps have been set up because they didn't follow the crusaders. This management team (including the CEO) are about as disingenuous as they come. Keep your head down, thoughts to yourself (no matter what they say) and keep/get your resume out there. A rep on board for 2 years is considered an old timer. As titled, Don't trust anyone here.
