Pros
My leadership was really great, and helpful. But very busy. Difficult to find professionals in the area in medical device field, so headcount was never fully reached in any of the teams it seemed. Executive leadership steps up: increase in base pay for individual contributors up to senior leaders, transparent that executive leadership did not gain a raise.
Cons
Executives, though incredibly friendly, clearly had favorites. There was next to no comradery, no team building, wfh policy was given but *wink wink* they didn't really want you to use it since leadership liked watching you work. Kind of a boring environment, would have been nice to have had company sponsored... anything. People who had been there for a while were not very outgoing to new people.
