They will hire anyone out of college so you can use Meridian as a stepping stone. NOT A CAREER.

Cons

Unrealistic plan Unrealistic call expectations TERRIBLE COMPENSATION PLAN Horrible management 4-5 overnights a week 98% turnover rate that is continuing to trend the same The entire company is trending down Multi-state territories

Pros

Failry new to the company, but overall positive experience. Key points: good products, strong reputation with customer base, new products in pipeline, and great benefits. There is a commitment to win and be successful, so communication of results is encouraged. My Manager is very proactive with communication and is responsive to my development needs.

Cons

Can be an intense environment, so not for everyone. Moderately adapts to the market trends, stressing value to the shareholder, rather than focusing on dynamic market.

Cons

Unrealistic revenue expectations has the organization at each other's throats. Sales mgmt turnover of 200% in last two years. Half the sales force has turned over. Senior mgmt is leading through fear and intimidation.
