New CEO who started Oct 2017 is focused on EMPLOYEES and PRODUCT PORTFOLIO. (This site still lists the former CEO.) Recent improvements have been made with regard to company culture, employee engagement, and management transparency. Great talent has been hired, including many leadership positions. New compensation opportunities have been created. Company feels revitalized. Do not let the negative reviews deter you. Many are obsolete, written by former employees, and refer to people no longer with the company or conditions that no longer apply.

Every negative review on this site is accurate. Sub par target products, inexperienced sales management, reactive to market, pay is ridiculous and most reps not making commission. Getting crushed by the competition.
