I’ve been with Meridian Senior Living for five amazing years, and during that time, they’ve consistently supported my growth and professional development. They’ve given me a voice in shaping our life enrichment programming, allowing me to bring fresh ideas to life and make a real impact on our residents.
Meridian has also supported me in achieving important certifications, including becoming a Validation Worker, a REV6 instructor, and an Assisted Living Manager. Through their encouragement, I’ve also had the opportunity to speak at and attend senior living conferences, allowing me to learn, network, and advocate for the industry. This exposure has not only helped me grow professionally but has also allowed me to share the incredible work we do at Meridian with others in the field.

In my experience, there is nothing negative to say. Challenges exist, but the measure of a great company is being able to honesty work through challenges and that has been my journey.
