I stayed as long as I did. Waste of time. Constant chaos. Short staffed always! My community couldn’t pay bills at times. Embarrassing.

Absolutely none! Residents are mistreated, staff is mistreated. When corporate is in the building all managers become absolutely fake! They do not care for these residents!!!

Cons

ED is power hungry and also is only present with the residents when corporate is in the building or a photo opp is available. Nurse is so lazy and says inappropriate comments to residents and staff. No one answers the phone when you call HR to file a complaint.
