All you need to do is become friends with the Director and you can advance relatively quickly. People with literally no education, no experience and minimal training have been known to advance within a matter of years.

Cons

If you are a hard worker but not friends with the Director your efforts will likely be overlooked. The pay even with years of experience is shameful. The only way to get a decent raise is to look elsewhere and hope they counter a better offer. BOMs complete 90% of the accounting and 80% of all clerical work for the facility too. Most days you will do the work of two people. There are no ebbs and flows. Just a constant stream of deadlines and demands. The BOM answers more to corporate than the Director for some reason. Even though leadership is usually to blame for any shortcomings, the BOM acts as a liaison which sometimes creates tension between all three. This culture is broken as the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Add investors into the mix and it's a huge cluster!

Pay is minimum wage, paid training which is like a day, free lunch or dinner depending on shift, benefits

Cons

Management really sucks, very disorganized and everyone contradicts them selves. Also there are no legit job discriptions they say one thing but when your there its more

Absolutely zero. None. Nada. There are no pros.

Cons

They'll pay you next to nothing, lie to your face, insult you if you have an issue with something they demand (like being scheduled outside of your availability, or compelling you to do work you have no training or experience in) they are a truly horrid company and they don't care about their residents at all.
