Pros

Small community with great residents. It has the potential to be a great place of employment with some major improvements.

Cons

Always understaffed, unprofessional behavior from upper management, constantly accepting residents beyond their scope of care which is dangerous for the residents and employees alike, upper management is not actually trained or educated to be in their positions, they treat employees with no respect, very physically demanding. All together a very toxic work environment.

This is a terrible company from the top of the pyrimid to the bottom. This company is broke. I had no money for my building. There is no support and no one cares to get involved until your census is low. We got no praise when we were full but as soon as we drop 3 people we are getting phone calls. There is no employee appreciation. This company hires anyone. The dumbest people are in the highest position. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. When you're hired they feed you a load of lies.
