The only pro's with this company are my co workers.

Horrible pay, no appreciation, no organization, no authority, unable to get paid for benefits we do have ie: vacation time earned

almost none. This Company is almost privately owned so the partners only care about how much money can they earn. They pay staff accountant next to nothing.

Cons

low pay. No one cares about what you have done but what you haven't done yet.

they don’t care about anyone or the elderly seniors living there be prepared to have no one show up to their shift. i worked here during covid and upper management didn’t even lift a finger while we worked endless hours
