Pros
- The environment is very stable. Work-related interactions among employees are easy and follow specific protocols. - The work hours are very consistent; the place follows a monthly development cycle. Employees work 8 hours a day, which is super rare for developer positions. - The supervisors are very trusting. While employees are expected to do their work, there is no micromanagement or monitoring involved. Huge plus!
Cons
- The benefits are standard, but there is no 401k matching. The company is growing, so perhaps, in the future?
